1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website means you accept any changes made.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payment methods available during checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within South Africa takes approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, fragrances cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty or damaged. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Bottle designs, colours, and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturer updates. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled securely and used only for processing orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to complete your order or as required by law.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website, or copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, logos, product images, or branding without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wasted Society shall not be liable for: delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website; allergic reactions or skin sensitivities (customers are encouraged to review product ingredients before use); or misuse or improper storage of any fragrance products after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Wasted Society, including logos, product images, graphics, text, branding, and website content, is the exclusive property of Wasted Society and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or suspicious activity. Additional verification may be requested before processing certain orders.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate South African courts.
